Focuses:	Uses critical thinking methodology in various in-service trainings to strengthen teachers’ capacities for organizing a competency-based education that enable students to construct the knowledge and develop their skills through active engagement with the content, peer-interaction and immediate feedback. Additional to training teachers to implement new methodology in their classrooms, the RWCT philosophy, its techniques and strategies are used to design different in-service teacher training programs, such as: The Interactive Learning program, Strategies for teaching and leaning mathematics, Education against corruption, Ethics and Institutional Integrity, SchoolMe, Human Rights Education, EDC/HRE, etc.
