Trains in:	Romania, Central and Western Europe, and elsewhere. Conducts training via distance learning.
Focuses:	Provides in-service training for primary teachers, and secondary teachers of all disciplines. Association members use RWCT methods in teachers’ colleges. Works with librarians, community activists who promote reading, and family literacy projects (See website and Facebook page for more details).
Partners:	The Ministry of Education of Romania and the European Commission.
